Ruth Sisters Fellowship International, in partnership with CICA International University and Seminary, successfully concluded the Esther Diplomatic Model: Gender Character Education Seminar in June 2024. The two-day virtual intensive equipped over 150 women in ministry with biblical principles for diplomatic excellence and godly character.
Drawing from the Book of Esther, participants learned about right choice of words, strategic wisdom, and commitment to things above God. The seminar explored how Queen Esther navigated complex political and social situations while maintaining her faith and ultimately saving her people - lessons directly applicable to modern women in ministry leadership.
Topics covered included Gender Character for Generation, Recognition and Honorary Degree concepts, Women in the Bible Series applications, and practical strategies for women navigating ministry in diverse cultural contexts. Certificate course credits were awarded to participants who completed all sessions and assignments.
Testimonies poured in from attendees who gained confidence in their calling, clarity about using their voices for kingdom purposes, and practical tools for handling challenging ministry situations with grace and wisdom. The Ruth Sisters Education initiative continues to provide expert knowledge that helps women understand God's defined purpose for them beyond societal status and recognition.
