Ruth Sisters Fellowship International Institute is held in partnership with CICA International University and Seminary, offering certificate courses in Gender Character Education, Diplomatic Model Training, and Women in the Bible Series.

Our institute provides structured academic and spiritual education that equips women for effective ministry. Students learn biblical principles, practical ministry skills, and develop strong character foundations that enable them to serve God and their communities with excellence.

The curriculum includes Gender Character development, Esther Diplomatic Model Education for right communication and conduct, comprehensive Women in the Bible studies, and Gender Recognition programs. Graduates receive certificates recognized by our partnering institutions and are prepared for greater impact in ministry.
